TPEE is a copolymer with embedded section integrated with polyester hard section and polyether soft section, thereinto, polyether soft section and non-crystal polyester form into amorphism, while polyester hard section forms crystal area which takes the role of physical connecting point. TPEE owns elasticity as rubber and intensity as engineering plastic. Comparing with rubber, it features better processing performance and longer lifetime. Soft section endows it with elasticity and makes it like rubber, while hard section gives it processing performance which makes it like plastic. Comparing with engineering plastic, it features high intensity and better flexibility and dynamic force performance.
TPEE features high intensity, high flexibility, oil-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, high temperature endurance, radiation tolerant, good performance of dynamic force and so on. Applicable temperature range -50℃~+180℃, hardness range 30-75D. It includes such categories as high performance, extrusion, plastic-blowing, flame-resistant and modified.
Product has got SGS certificate, UL certificate, not including heavy metal, PBB and PBDE, accords with European ROHS order; flame-resistant series products can reach at UL-94 V-0, oxygen index 27, medium electricity intensity 20MV/m, volume resistance rate larger than 1×1012Ω.m.

Characteristics and Indexes(TPEE)
High Performance Type: strong structure intensity, good creep-resistance and back-flexibility, anti-impact, bending resistance, wearable and stable size. It has good flexibility under low temperature and maintains good performance under high temperature. Besides, it resists many corrosions caused by industrial chemical, oil and solution. Extrusion Type: It owns characteristics as the high performance type, besides, it has good melt intensity, applied in extrusion and molding specially. Plastic-blowing Type: It owns characteristics as the high performance type. Moreover, it features good melt intensity. Modified Type: It is copolymer with multi-embedded section, excellent modifier for plastic, can be applied for improving compact resistance performance of POM and PBT. Flame Resistance Type: It is a kind of materials mixed with high performance type and flame resistance masterbatch to meet requirements of materials’ flame resistance performance.

Application
SUNPRENE®TPEE can adopt various processing methods such as injection, extrusion, blowing, rotary molding, melting and so on. It can be made into high performance product easily. According to the difference of processing method and copolymer type, it can be machined between 177℃~260℃. All of these types have clear melting points and very excellent melt stability.
TPEE features hydrolyze resistance. It will not react with water in the air. Besides, it has little water-absorbing capacity. In order to get perfect product, it needs drying before using it. Though water content below 0.1%, it will not have defect in extrusion and mold.
TPEE will degrade under high temperature when there is acid medium. Therefore, TPEE can not match with acid assistant agent. Viscosity of TPEE is not sensitive to cutting speed especially under low cutting speed (such as extrusion).
Before molding, it needs drying for 4~6 hours in oven under 80~110℃. Used materials can match with new materials together, but the volume should not over 25%.
Injection Molding: materials temperature should higher than melt range for 5~15℃, 20~50℃ molding temperature, 60~100MPa injection pressure, medium and low injection speed.
Extrusion Plastic-blowing: 24∶1 is better for screw L/D ratio; it’s better for canister temperature higher for 5~10℃ than product melt range.
Product Appearance and Packing
All product of SUNPRENE®TPEE is column granule packed under composite paper bag which is anti-damp inside. 25kg net weight for each bag.
